SHIPPING, MEETUPS, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

 

WE OFFER 4 SIMPLE WAYS TO GET YOUR ORDER:

1) Pick-up in Utopia, Ontario by appointment
2) Meet up at one of our local meetup locations
3) Local delivery along one of our routes (Free $120+)
4) Canada Wide Shipping (there is a 14 business day turn around time. Raw items CANNOT be shipped)

The photo below shows our meetup locations/delivery zone. Each pin is colour-coordinated, identifying the routes we offer. Each meetup location takes place at either a plaza/gas station/car pool – public areas. We deliver along these routes as well.


How meetups work:
Orders are due by the Sunday before each Meetup/Delivery date and the schedule will be made the next day on Monday, which then you will be contacted with an exact time to meet for at your requested meetup spot.

 

4 WAYS TO GET YOUR ORDER:

1. Pick up by appointment at our Utopia location

  • We operate by appointment for all order pick ups
  • We will connect with you once we receive your order to arrange for pick up.
  • Pick-up option has no minimum to order

 2. Meetup at one of our Ontario meet up locations

  • Orders are due by the Sunday before each Meetup/Delivery Date
  • All routes have a minimum $50 order (before any discounts/taxes)
  • In the note section at checkout, please write down which location city meetup you are requesting
  • You will be contacted on the Monday before the scheduled meetup with the exact time to meet for. Any changes MUST be made by the Sunday before your meetup

3. Local Delivery within our servicing areas, along our route

  • $15 Delivery, or free delivery on orders $120+
  • If ordering for the first time – please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to deliver to you
  • Orders are due by the Sunday before each Meetup Date
  • On the Monday before your delivery, we will email you with an approximate time of delivery.
  • Deliveries can be made if you are not home. It is best if you have a cooler or a cooling bag and could leave it outside your front door and we will place your order inside so it doesn’t thaw out as fast if no one can bring your order inside. Please keep in mind any hot weather – We are not responsible for any items thawing out while left at your door.
  • Once your order is delivered, you will receive an email and photo for proof of delivery!

 

4. Shipping (via post office)
   - Raw products are excluded from all shipping orders
   - there is a 14 business day turn around time
   - $15 Shipping in Ontario (free $120+)
   - $20 Shipping to all other provinces (free $150+)
