POLICY FOR BOARDING + DAY CARE CAN BE FOUND UNDER THE BOARDING + DAY CARE CATEGORY. THIS POLICY IS FOR RAW FOOD + DRIED FOOD

 

PAYMENT POLICY

– Orders that are placed with e-transfer payment are to be sent via e-transfer to wildek9payments@gmail.com.  Your order will not be confirmed until payment is received. Please enter your order # in the e-transfers message box.

 

MEETUP POLICY

– Please arrive ON TIME for the time slot given to you. Aim to arrive early if you have not been at the meetup location before, to ensure you’re able to find it correctly. Please look ahead for any traffic or weather conditions.

– If you’ve contacted us that you are running late and are unable to show at your allotted time, we will wait maximum of 15 minutes past your scheduled meetup time, but cannot wait any longer due to the reasons mentioned below. We are a small business and most meetups have 1-2 customers per meet up spot, so having our driver wait for a non-arrival at the meetup spot results in time + fuel wasted and you will be refunded 80% of your total order due to this.

– No shows (those who didn’t arrive or message us) will be refunded 50% of their order for the inconvenience and our lost time.

– There will unfortunately be no exceptions on arriving after the 15 minute mark. There are multiple meetup spots scheduled on meetup/delivery days that run on a strict time schedule, so having the driver wait for your arrival will affect all of the meetups that are scheduled after yours.

There is always the option to let us know in advance (before the schedule is made), to request home delivery or pick up in our area to save you the hassle of arriving for a specific time 

 

Any changes to orders for upcoming meetups or delivery must be made by the Sunday before your meetup/delivery. Come Monday when the schedule has been made, there will be no room for any adjustments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We don’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to our products being consumable items.  If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we are more than happy to help!
